    The Workforce Services and Community and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 380, INSURANCE DEPARTMENT - WORKERS' COMPENSATION AMENDMENTS, by Representative R. Bigelow, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 14 through 16 :    

             14          .    requires the department to make rules to monitor employers who

{   are required to   }        can only      

             15      obtain workers' compensation from the Workers' Compensation Fund because of
             16      certain underwriting standards or guidelines
  in the workers' compensation insurance market       ; and
