Mr. Speaker:

    The Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 435, PUBLIC HEARINGS ON PROPERTY TAX INCREASES, by Representative G. Froerer, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 32 through 38 :    

             32      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             33          Section 1. Section 59-2-919.5 is enacted to read:
             34          59-2-919.5. Consolidated advertisement of public hearings.
             35          (1)
