    The Health and Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 445, NURSING HOME AMENDMENTS, by Representative M. Newbold, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.

1.    Page 3, Lines 66 through 67 :    

             66          (f) must obtain Medicaid certification for the licensed Medicaid beds within

{   two   }        three       years

             67      of the date of transfer as documented under Subsection (2)(a)(iii)(B).
