Mr. Speaker:

    The Business and Labor Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.C.R. 3, CONCURRENT RESOLUTION - DECLARING LOVE YOUR LIBRARY WEEK, by Representative S. Clark, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.

1.    Page 1, Lines 14 through 15 :    

             14          .    designates

{   April 13 through 19, 2008   }        one week in April       as "Love Your Library Week" in the state of

             15      Utah, to coincide with National Library Week.

2.    Page 2, Lines 34 through 36 :    

             34          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Legislature of the state of Utah, the
             35      Governor concurring therein, designate
{   April 13 through 19, 2008   }        one week in April       as "Love Your Library

             36      Week" in the state of Utah, to coincide with National Library Week.
