    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 36, CHARTER AND ONLINE SCHOOLS - PARTICIPATION IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, by Senator M. Madsen, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 21 :
