    With committee review, the Education Committee deleted S.B. 219, USE OF SEVERANCE TAX REVENUES WHEN A SCHOOL DISTRICT DIVISION OCCURS, by Senator M. Waddoups, and replaced it with 1st Sub. S.B. 219, SCHOOL DISTRICT DIVISION FUNDING, and has returned it to the Rules Committee without recommendation.
