Fife, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.R. 1, SENATE RESOLUTION URGING THE CONSIDERATION OF THE UNITED STATES ENDING ITS PARTICIPATION IN THE SECURITY AND PROSPERITY PARTNER with the following amendment:
1. Page 2, Line 45:    After "States" delete "would"
        and insert "might"
