Vice Chair Dunnigan called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Kiser moved to approve the minutes of the January 22, 2008 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. S. Clark, Rep. Ferry, and Rep. Morley, absent for the vote.

Rep. Wheatley introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Biskupski moved to place H.B. 99 on the Consent Calendar with the approval of Rep. Wheatley. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. S. Clark and Rep. Ferry absent for the vote.
