MOTION:    Rep. Dougall moved to approve the minutes of the January 29, 2008 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Harper absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Dougall moved to place the bill at the top of the next agenda. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Harper absent for the vote.
