If this H.B. 222 and S.B. 111, Revisor's Statute, both pass, it is the intent of
the Legislature that the amendments to Section 19-5-103 in this bill supersede the
amendments to Section 19-5-103 in S.B. 111, when the Office of Legislative Research
and General Counsel prepares the Utah Code database for publication.
