Rep. Dougall called the meeting to order at 12:19 p.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Hansen moved to approve the minutes of the February 1, 2008 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.    
    
H.B. 96    Retired Teachers - Return to Work (Rep. D. Bowman)
    
Rep. Bowman explained H.B. 96 as it was amended in the previous meeting. He was assisted by Steve Peterson, Utah School Boards Association.

Spoke in favor of the bill:    Courtney White, Utah Education Association

MOTION:    Rep. Hansen moved to pass the bill out favorably as amended. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Hansen moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously and the Chair adjourned the meeting at 12:23 p.m.
