Rep. Julie Fisher called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. King moved to approve the minutes of January 29, 2008. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Janice Fisher absent for the vote.

S.B. 33    Department of Community and Culture - State-owned Art Inventory (Sen. M. Madsen) (Rep. J. Dunnigan)
        
Rep. Morgan introduced the bill. Co-Sponsor, Rep. Dunnigan explained the bill with the assistance of Ally Isom, Deputy Director, Department of Community Culture.

MOTION:    Rep. Morgan moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. King moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Fisher adjourned the meeting at 9:15 a.m.
