Representative Sheryl L. Allen proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 18, Line 642:    Delete "266,000" and insert "416,000"

2.    Page 18, Line 644:    Delete "216,000" and insert "366,000"

3.    Page 18, Line 645:    After line 645 insert:
        "It is the intent of the Legislature that $150,000 in General Fund One-Time appropriated to Community Assistance be used for KUED."

4.    Page 18, Line 670:    Delete "350,000" and insert "200,000" and after line 670 insert
        From Beginning Non-lapsing Appropriations Balances $150,000"
