Representative Jim Bird proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 25 through 26 :

2.    Page 10, Line 279 :    

             279      requirements under this section.
    
  (28) Notwithstanding Subsections (2)(c) and (12)(g), a sex offender is not required to provide the department with:

    (a) the offender's online identifier and password used exclusively for the offender's employment on equipment provided by an employer and used to access the employer's private network; or
    (b) online identifiers for the offender's financial accounts, including any bank, retirement, or investment accounts.
    Section 2. Effective date.
    This bill takes effect on July 1, 2008.
