proposes the following amendments:

(3) The principal of the school at which an educator whose license is reinstated is
43
employed shall:
44
(a) create, in consultation with the educator, a professional development plan for the
45
educator to provide information and training that will assist the educator in performing the
46
educator's assigned position;

(b) design the professional development plan based on the educator's experience,
48
education, and assigned position; and
49
(c) provide classes, coaching, mentoring, or other interventions to the educator for
50
completion of the professional development plan.
