Senator Margaret Dayton proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 19 through 22 :    

             19      suspended, or surrendered; and
             20          .    requires the principal of a school at which an educator whose license is reinstated is
             21      employed to
{   create, in consultation with the educator, a professional development

             22      plan for the educator.

  provide information and training to assist the educator in performing the educator's assigned position.      


2.    Page 2, Lines 41 through 50 :    

             41      shall reinstate the license.
 

    (3) An educator whose license is reinstated may not be required to obtain professional development not required of other educators with the same number of years of experience, except as provided in Subsection (4).
