Section 5. Coordinating H.B. 131 with H.B. 355 -- Superseding amendments.
If this H.B. 131 and H.B. 355, Cigarette Tax Increase and Appropriation, both pass, it is the intent
of the Legislature that for fiscal year 2008-09, the appropriation in H.B. 355, in Section 59-14-204, in
the amount of $401,500 from the Cigarette Tax Restricted Account to the Department of Health to
establish a grant program for community based services, supersedes the appropriation in Section 4 of
this H.B. 131.
