Senator Patricia W. Jones proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 35 through 39 :    

             35      appropriate health professionals and adopted] school nurses shall adopt policies that provide
             36      for:
             37          (i) the designation of
  volunteer       employees who may administer medication;

             38          (ii) proper identification and safekeeping of medication;
             39          (iii) the training of designated
  volunteer       employees by the school nurse; [and]
