Representative Steven R. Mascaro proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 4, Lines 108 through 111 :

             108          (b) If an employer described in this Subsection (3) has an agreement to provide
             109      supplies, services, or contraction to a state procurement unit, the employer shall notify the
             110      division of the finding described in Subsection (3)(a) within five business days of the day on
             111      which the finding described in Subsection (3)(a) is final.

(4) An employer who participates in a federal verification program under Subsection (2):

(a) is entitled to rely upon the accuracy of the program in satisfying the requirements of Subsection (2); and
(b) may not be denied participation in state public procurement under this section due to an inaccuracy in the verification program as administered by the federal government.
