Section 2. Coordinating H.B. 258 with S.B. 197 - Making technical changes.
If this H.B. 258 and S.B. 197 Preferred Drug List Revisions, both pass, it is the intent of the
Legislature that the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel, in preparing the Utah Code
database for publication reinstate the word "except" in Subsection 26-18-2.4(1)(c).
