Representative Douglas C. Aagard proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 30 :    

             30      inspection with the county or municipality;

2.    Page 2, Line 31 :    

             31          .    authorizes counties and municipalities to audit those on the inspector list;
    
  . prohibits counties and municipalities from charging a land use application fee that includes an amount to cover the cost of a building inspector if the inspection is made by a private building inspector;      


3.    Page 4, Line 106 :    

             106          (III) provide proof of
{   worker   }        workers'       compensation insurance and errors and omissions


4.    Page 5, Line 138 :    

             138          
{   (A)   }        (i)       the amount of the fee the municipality charges for a building permit when it is

  (j) The fee a municipality charges for a land use application may not include an amount intended to cover the cost of a municipal building inspector if an acknowledged building inspector makes the building inspection of the new construction or remodeling that is the subject of the land use application.
