(i) resides in San Juan County;

, has received monies

from the repealed Navajo Trust
Fund

under this Subsection (7)(b)

postsecondary education;

(iii)
beginning the later of June 30 or the day on which the individual first receives monies
under this Subsection (7)(b),
is enrolled in postsecondary education for the equivalent of at least two
semesters

each year; and

(iv) meets the eligibility requirements adopted by the repealed board of trustees as of

the effective date of this bill;
