(g)
(i)
To demonstrate a home school student's compliance with scholastic eligibility

requirements,
{
the individual providing the primary instruction of a home school student shall

submit an affidavit that indicates:

(i) the student is mastering the material in each course or subject being taught; and

(ii) the student is maintaining satisfactory progress towards advancement or promotion.
}
the
student shall meet the scholastic eligibility requirements of the school for which the student is
participating in extracurricular activities.
(ii) The method of establishing compliance with the scholastic eligibility requirements shall be
arranged between the home school student and the school.
