Representative David Litvack proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 12, Lines 356 through 358 :
356 (b) Subsection (3) does not apply to a driving privilege card issued or renewed under
357 Section 53-3-207 .
(6) This section shall be enforced without regard to race, religion, gender, ethnicity. or national origin.
358 Section 6. Section 63-99a-103 is enacted to read:

384 verify the federal employment authorization status of a new employee.
