8 General Description:
9 This bill designates Route 68 in Salt Lake City from 2100 South to 1700 North as the
10 Pete Suazo Memorial Highway.
11 Highlighted Provisions:
12 This bill:
13 . modifies the Transportation Code by designating Route 68 in Salt Lake City from
14 2100 South to 1700 North as the Pete Suazo Memorial Highway; and
15 . requires the Department of Transportation to make the designation of this highway
16 on future state highway maps.

25 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
26 Section 1. Section 72-4-211 is enacted to read:
27 72-4-211. Pete Suazo Memorial Highway.

28 (1) There is established the Pete Suazo Memorial Highway composed of the existing
29 Route 68 in Salt Lake City from 2100 South to 1700 North.
30 (2) In addition to other official designations, the Department of Transportation shall
31 designate the portions of the highway identified in Subsection (1) as the Pete Suazo Memorial
32 Highway on future state highway maps.
