Mr. Speaker:

    The Business and Labor Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 171, LEGAL IMMIGRANT CHILDREN HEALTH CARE AMENDMENTS, by Representative K. Holdaway, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 18 through 20 :    

             18          .    directs the Department of Health to amend the state Medicaid plan

{   to provide

             19      Medicaid coverage, and   }
  and the Utah Children's Health insurance Program to provide       coverage      {   under the Utah Children's Health Insurance
