1. HB0033, Refund of Unearned Health Insurance Premiums and Medicare Supplement Insurance Premiums (P. Ray)
Rep. Ray introduced the bill.
Mr. Braun spoke for the bill. Mr. Atkinson spoke against the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to pass H.B. 33, Refund of Unearned Health Insurance
Premiums and Medicare Supplement Insurance Premiums, out of committee with a
favorable recommendation.
Children and Animals in Parked Cars.
The motion passed with Sens. Buttars and Christensen voting aye and Sen. Hinkins voting
nay.
2. SB0021, State and Local Health Authorities Amendments (D. Stowell)
Sen. Stowell introduced the bill, which was amended in a previous committee meeting.
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to amend S.B. 21, State and Local Health Authorities
Amendments, as follows:

Amendments, as amended in this meeting and a previous meeting, out of committee with a
favorable recommendation.
