Representative Gage Froerer proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 49 through 53 :    

             49          (b) A residential unit with land having a parcel size of more than one acre of land
             50      qualifies for a residential exemption if the size of the residential unit is:
             51          (i)
  less than or       equal to the minimum parcel size under the zoning ordinance applicable to the

             52      residential unit; and
             53          (ii) five acres or less.
