Representative Steven R. Mascaro proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 4, Lines 105 through 108 :    

             105      every week for which the individual made a claim for benefits under this chapter, except the
             106      division may not deny benefits to an individual solely on the fact that the individual is seeking
             107      only part-time work, so long as a majority of the weeks
  of work       in the individual's base period consists

             108      of part-time work;
