Representative Wayne A. Harper proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 47, Line 1752:    Delete "(1,500,000)" and insert "(1,700,000)

2.    Page 47, Line 1758:    After Line 1758 insert:
        "State Construction (200,000)"

3.    Page 87, Line 3281:    After Line 3281 insert:
        "ITEM 280 To Legislature - Office of the Legislative
        Fiscal Analyst
        From General Fund, One-time 200,000
        From General Fund Restricted - Tobacco Settlement
        Restricted Account 200,000
        Schedule of Programs:
        Administration 400,000
        The Legislature intends that $400,000 of one-time funds
        appropriated to the Office of the Legislative Fiscal Analyst
        be used for obtaining the services of a qualified consultant
        experienced in "Lean Administration" process analysis for
        application within the Utah Department of Transportation
        and the Utah Division of Child and Family Services.
        These funds shall be nonlapsing."
