Representative John Dougall proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 87, Line 3281:    After Line 3281 insert:
        "ITEM 280 To Legislature - Office of the Legislative
        Fiscal Analyst
        From General Fund Restricted - Tobacco Settlement
        Restricted Account 200,000
        Schedule of Programs:
        Administration 200,000
        The Legislature intends that $200,000 of one-time funds
        appropriated to the Office of the Legislative Fiscal Analyst
        be used for obtaining the services of a qualified consultant
        experienced in "Lean Administration" process analysis for
        application within the Utah Division of Child and Family
        Services. These funds shall be nonlapsing."
