Representative Ronda Rudd Menlove proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 15 :    

             15      ensure that any expressed legislative intent language is followed;
    
  . addresses committee membership;      


2.    Page 2, Line 50 :    

             50      for the transaction of business at any meeting.
    
  (e) A person may not serve as a member of the committee if the person represents, in any capacity, an entity that may receive funds from an appropriation, including through competition for a state contract, that may be reviewed by the committee under Subsection (8).
