1. Page 7, Lines 201 through 203 :
201 (C) an expenditure made for food or beverage

including the public official's name
}
, if
202 the aggregate daily expenditures benefitting the public official are greater than [
203 unless the food or beverage is provided in connection with an event to which:
2. Page 9, Lines 273 through 274 :
273 (b) Notwithstanding Subsection (1)(a), "gift" includes
:
(i)
admission to a sporting,
274 recreational, or artistic event whether as a spectator or a participant
; and
(ii) cash
