11 This joint resolution of the Legislature reappoints John M. Schaff as Legislative
12 Auditor General.

14 This resolution:
15 . reappoints John M. Schaff as Legislative Auditor General for a six-year term
16 beginning November 9, 2010.

20 Be it resolved by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
21 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 36-12-7 , Utah Code Annotated 1953, the Legislative
22 Management Committee of the Legislature has recommended the reappointment of John M.
23 Schaff as Legislative Auditor General for the Legislature; and
24 WHEREAS, the reappointment of John M. Schaff as Legislative Auditor General is for
25 a term of office of six years beginning November 9, 2010, and is subject by statute to the
26 further approval of a majority vote of both the House of Representatives and the Senate:
27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Legislature of the state of Utah that

28 John M. Schaff's reappointment as Legislative Auditor General for the Utah Legislature is
29 approved for a six-year term of office beginning November 9, 2010.
