Rep. Herrod called the meeting to order at 4:24 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Hunsaker moved to approve the minutes of February 24, 2010. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Brown and Rep. Gowans absent for the vote.
H.B. 395 Limitation of Actions Amendments (Rep. M. Noel)
Rep. Noel distributed a handout and explained the bill to the committee, assisted with David Crabtree, General Council, Deseret Power
Spoke in favor of the bill: Kevin Boardman, Director Govt. Affairs, Rocky Mtn. Power
MOTION: Rep. Fowlke moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.
