Rep. Kiser called the meeting to order at 8:47 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Dougall moved to approve the minutes of the February 5, 2010 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Duckworth and Rep. Newbold absent for the vote.

1st Sub. H.B. 259    Property Tax Amendments (Rep. W. Harper)

Rep. Harper explained the bill to the committee.

S.B. 111    Repeal of Severance Tax Holding Account (Sen. L. Hillyard) (Rep. J. Dougall)

Sen. Hillyard explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Dougall moved to pass S.B. 111 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.
