Chair Knudson called the meeting to order at 8:10 a.m.

     MOTION: Sen. Greiner moved to approve minutes of February 19th & 23rd.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles absent for the vote.

1.     HB0218 Municipal Disincorporation Revisions (G. Froerer)
    
Rep. Froerer introduced the bill.

Sen. Liljenquist moved to pass H.B. 218 for Interim study.

    The motion failed, Sen. Liljenquist, Sen. McAdams and Sen. Robles voting in favor, Sen. Knudson, Sen. Greiner and Sen. Jenkins voting in opposition.

     MOTION: Sen. Greiner moved to pass H.B. 218 with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion failed, Sen. Knudson, Sen. Greiner and Sen. Jenkins voting in favor, Sen. Liljenquist, Sen. McAdams and Sen. Robles voting in opposition.

2.     HB0116 Political Subdivision Facility Energy Efficiency (F. Hunsaker)

     MOTION: Sen. Robles moved to pass H.B. 116 with a favorable recommendation.
