3.    Page 36, Lines 1099 through 1102 :    

             1099          Section 20. Repealer.
             1100          This bill repeals:
             1101          Section 58-37-7.5, Controlled substance database -- Pharmacy reporting
             1102      requirements -- Access -- Penalties.
  Section 21. Coordinating H.B. 28 with S.B. 191 -- Technical amendments.

If this H.B. 28 and S.B. 191, Governmental Accounting Amendments, both pass, it is the intent of the Legislature that the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel shall prepare the Utah Code database for publication by amending Subsection 58-37f-501(1)(a) to read as follows:
"(a) the Commerce Service Account;"
