Representative Carol Spackman Moss proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 23a through 23b

    2-16-2010 :
    

             23a          . A person operating a bicycle approaching a steady red
  traffic-control signal       may cautiously proceed

             23b      through the intersection if:

             24          .    provides that after slowing to a reasonable speed and yielding the right-of-way if
             25      required, a person operating a bicycle approaching a steady red traffic-control signal
             26      may cautiously make a right-hand turn without stopping
  , except where a right-hand turn on a red signal is prohibited       .
