Representative Kenneth W. Sumsion proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Lines 9 through 15 :
9 This bill exempts the state from observance of daylight saving time
requirements
.
10 Highlighted Provisions:
11 This bill:
12 . defines terms;
13 . exempts the state from federal law requiring observance of daylight saving time;
14 and
15 . provides that the state will observe

}
Daylight Savings
Time
throughout each year.

38 (b) The entire state, and all of its political subdivisions, shall observe
