Representative James A. Dunnigan proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 38, Lines 1158 through 1164 :    

             1158      may not, without prior approval of the commissioner, use case characteristics other than:
             1159          (i) age;

2.    Page 42, Line 1284 :    

             1284          (B) not to exceed an overall ratio of

3.    Page 42, Line 1288 :    

             1288          (i) an overall ratio of
{   4:1   }        5:1       or less; and
