Representative Michael T. Morley proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 10, Line 283 :
283 been subdivided, if the joinder does not violate applicable land use ordinances;

2. Page 10, Line 287 :
287 (B) the adjustment will not violate any applicable land use ordinance

; or
(v) a bona fide division or partition of land by deed or other instrument where the land use authority expressly approves in writing the division in anticipation of further land use approvals on the parcel or parcels.
3. Page 23, Line 694 :
694 utility service regeneration, transformation, retransmission, or amplification facility;

4. Page 23, Line 698 :
