CHARTER SCHOOL AMENDMENTS

Senator Howard A. Stephenson proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Lines 12 through 13 :
12 .

expands the membership of the State Board of Education by including a member of
13 the State Charter School Board as a nonvoting member; }
provides for nonvoting delegates to the
State Board of Education;
2. Page 2, Lines 30 through 31 :
