22 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
23 Section 1. Section 13-8-6 is enacted to read:
24 13-8-6. Void and unenforceable agreements.
25 An arrangement, agreement, or transaction that is unlawful or violates public policy is
26 void and unenforceable.
