Knudson, and Reps. G. Froerer, J. Biskupski, and P. Ray, recommends H.B. 23,
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE MODIFICATIONS, by Representative G. Froerer, et al, with the
following amendments:
1. Include the Senate amendments on Page 1, Lines 18a and 18b made on the Senate 2nd
Reading Amendments dated 02-9-2011.
