Vice Chair Vickers called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.

MOTION:    Chair Ray moved to approve the minutes of January 25, 2011.

The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Chavez-Houck, Rep. Cosgrove, Rep. Menlove, and Rep. Watkins absent for the vote.

H.B. 241    Clean Out the Cabinets Month Designation (Rep. M. Morley)

Rep. Daw moved to amend the bill as follows:

H.B. 66    Health Professional Authority - Death Certificates (Rep. B. Last)

MOTION:    Rep. Daw moved to replace H.B. 66 with 1st Substitute H.B. 66. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Clark moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 66 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.
