Rep. Bird called the meeting to order at 4:07.
MOTION: Rep. Sanpei moved to approve the minutes of February 14, 2011. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Grover and Rep. Menlove were absent for the vote.
H.B. 116 Guest Worker Program Act (Rep. B. Wright)
Rep. Wright introduced the bill, assisted by Robin Riggs, Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce.
