Senator Luz Robles proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 18, Lines 525 through 526 :    

             525          (2) "Department" means the
{   Department of Workforce Services created in Section

             526      35A-1-103   }
  Department of Public Safety created in Section 53-1-103       .


2.    Page 32, Lines 971 through 974 :    

             971          (2) (a) The department shall provide the notice required by Subsection (1) to:
             972          (i) Utah's attorney general;
  and      

             973          
{   (ii) the Department of Public Safety; and   }

             974          
{   (iii)   }        (ii)       United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
