Representative Keith Grover proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Line 89 through Page 4, Line 90 :    

             89          (p) four members of the public appointed by the governor in accordance with
             90      Subsection (2)
  , except that at least one of the four members appointed by the governor shall represent a migrant education program of the Utah State Board of Education, a school district, or charter school       .
