Madam Speaker:

    The Government Operations Committee recommends H.B. 245, AMENDMENT TO DEFINITION OF SMOKING IN UTAH INDOOR CLEAN AIR ACT, by Representative B. Last, et al, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 3rd Sub. H.B. 245, AMENDMENT TO DEFINITION OF SMOKING IN UTAH INDOOR CLEAN AIR ACT with the following amendments:

1.    Page 4, Line 117 :    

             117          (c) A local health department may impose a

  reasonable       fee to cover the cost of verifying a place of


2.    Page 5, Line 131 :
